Port Isabel Merchant District - PARK

Named for Beaulah Lee Park (in the Port Isabel Public Library area, one of Port Isabel’s first city parks. Boundaries: North: Houston St. South: Highway 100 East: Longoria St. West: South Shore Dr.

The Park District is a quiet district north of Highway 100/ Queen Isabella Blvd. and south to South Shore Drive. The Buelah Lee Park anchors this district. In addition to the fountain, this park also features 2 gazebos. The Park District also includes the Port Isabel City Cemetery, the historic Yacht Club, the Port Isabel Public Library and Community Center. Several specialty businesses, restaurants are located in the Park District. Pictured below is the old Port Isabel Fire Hall.
